Francis Zavalla

The name - Zavalla. Francis Zavalla. I was born in Queens, NY on August 8, 1985. Back in the day I was a quiet little boy, living my life like many of my peers did back in that day. I was into Ghostbusters, TMNT, Power Rangers, and the 3 ninjas. There was even a time when I was really into the Mighty Ducks after Disney made that movie about them. My mom got me EVERYTHING that was Mighty Ducks. After the fifth grade, certain complications forced us to leave NY and move to Houston, Texas. I spent my first year in Alief, TX but then moved to the ever so popular Sugar Land, TX. In high school, I was the ultimate marching band nerd. I played the clarinet despite the fact it was a “girl’s” instrument and got teased for it (up until they realized I was in a section full of girls, who was laughing then!?). After high school, I joined the military and became a United States Marine. Those 3 years of my life were great! I was given the opportunity of fixing the harrier jet and slide down its wings for fun! I mean come on, how many of you got to play with billions of dollars worth of military equipment on a daily basis? After serving in the Marine Corps, I was relocated back to Houston, TX in the September of 2006 where I decided to take up nursing. I represent G-O-D! I’m currently with the CFC Youth (Couples for Christ) and have been with them for 7 years - present. It was only a little later that the Bastos Team found me “peeing” on top of a small plant and was convinced that I would make a perfect addition to the group. So here I am, prepared, strong, and ready to entertain the masses.
